Story behind the book...

Hello!

As a creative, with a desire to write a book. During the Covid-19 lock down I knew it was time to write my first book. I took a course and was certified as an Authorpreneur, yes!

I began to write my experience working in the court and corrections in the criminal justice field. Then I thought why not go deeper into how to prepare the reader for everyday life as a woman around authoritarians, defendants, the community and her (a woman's) state of mind.

With a Paralegal degree from The University of Akron, which led to hands-on experience in the field of court and corrections. I used creativity and my experience to successfully write and self publish "Confidence, Lipstick and Criminal Justice". By reading this book, the details, encouragement and tips within the pages will be an investment in yourself or your friend, family member's life.
