I have been drinking detox tea for several years. My opinion: I like the thought of using detox tea, because tea absorbed into your body quicker than pills and a stronger effect of getting rid of toxins, without pills having that side effects.

Pau D'Arco Tea very special tea that does a very deep purging cleanses of the body. The tea is Pau d'Arco bark.
My experience:
This tea helped me tremendously! After 5 years of drinking this tea, it has been the best decision of my life. I now drink the tea once a month as maintenance to my body. I fill a pot/teapot of water, place two tea bags in and turn the stove top on.
My first time, I decided to drink it for a month ( two boxes worth and avoided foods that do not digest along with no white rice, sugary foods, milk, etc. ) I vomited (1x) the second day. It was mucus and my lungs/ breathing felt very light afterwards. I did have to use bathroom frequently as expected.
The tea also purged my entire body from the head, my hair, my lungs of mucus, cleaned my intestines of parasites and lowered levels of candida. (ladies wear panty liner!) It also aided with my allergic reaction to mosquitoes bites and helps with my vinegar food allergy.
I do believe it helped burst some cysts.
I experienced: few minutes of sweating, light headache that lasted no more than 5 minutes. **I drink a few cups with lemon juice then few cups without, I drink 5 cups in one sitting for two- three days a month just as maintenance to the body.
*When Preparing:
1.) Fill a large pot and add a tea bag. (To save money: The tea bag is only good one-time brewing, so add as much water and reheat.)
2.) After sitting for a while, covered. Drink with a straw (to prevent staining of teeth).
3.) Add lemon or lime juice or actual slices of fruits (this will assist the taste and to help with digestion in your both your intestines.

My experience:
-This supplement and brand were introduced to me by my ENT (Ear Nose Throat Doctor). We are deficient in magnesium, which is found in green leafy foods.
-I use this brand of liquid magnesium due to having diagnosed with Vertigo.
-This is excellent for dizziness, cramps, inflammation, and muscle tension.
-I and those who also use this brand do not experience a laxative effect. I have drunk this brand at work, on way out to an event, etc. and it has not to lead me to have a sudden urge to use the restroom.
*When Preparing:
Tips to remember:
1.) Keep bottle sitting straight up when not in use.
2.) Needs to be diluted before drinking
3.) Pour- 1 Teaspoon per 8 oz
(until use to the taste, add liquid magnesium to fruity warm or cold tasting drink., not recommend use in ice tea)
4.) Stir or shake well

My experience:
I have been drinking alkaline water for more than seven years. My Ear Nose Throat and masseur/masseuse gave this decision a thumbs up! I experience more energy after drinking the water.
You can buy in store Alkaline water or find a machine for your home. I have a machine it is hooked up to kitchen faucet, turn the selector to the "Ion" turn machine on select one of the many selections: 9.5 ph, 7.5ph, clean water/baby use, toner, acidic (for cleaning fruits and sanitizing). Turn on the kitchen faucet and water will ionize and come out the machine's tube for drinking or filling up a bottle.
So happy saved money on buying water bottles.
